-The apartment overlooks on the interior courtyard and the communs. It includes :
-One kitchen - dining room, fully furnished with disher machine and washing machine.
-One living room with chemine.
-2 double rooms with bathroom en suite and WC.
-Maximum capacity is 6 people.

-Rental fee:
-April, May and October: 350 EUROS per week + heating if necessary (defined according to the volume of petrol consumed and the purchasing price).
-June and September: 465 EUROS per week
-July and August: 585 EUROS per week
-Any other month: 350 EUROS per week + heating (defined according to the volume of petrol consumed and the purchasing price).
-Deposit required : 30 %

-General conditions for the rent:
1) Rental Price - There is a seasonal rates scale.
2) Minimum rental period - One (1) week from Saturday evening 5 pm to the following Saturday before noon.
3) Payment - Reservation - Cancellation - 30% of the total is due with the reservation. These payments are not reimbursed in the event of cancellation.
4) Exterior Maintenance - included in the rental fee.
5) Utilities, Water, Linens - All the normal utility costs (water, gas, electricity) except the telephone, are included in the rental fee. No heating is provided between April and October (included). The renter is responsible for the proper care of the premises.
6) Number maximum of people is 6.
7) Insurance - The civil liability insurance of the château de Beaujeu covers damages to the renter. The renter must furnish proof of his insurance liability covering rental damages to the château de Beaujeu.
